breath - body - mind
I help people to feel more at home in their bodies and present in their lives, through the transforming practice of Yoga and meditation.
I teach yoga
I've practiced Yoga myself for over 5 years. Early 2025 I completed a 200 hour teacher training in Nepal and got officially certified. I've been passionately teaching various styles and levels since. While building upon my own practice and continuously learning about this beautiful tradition firsthand.
Two of the common translations of the Sanskrit word Yoga are discipline or union. Union of the breath, body and mind - and with a disciplined practice of this union we can still the storms in our minds. In my classes I focus on that connection, blending movement with breath and awareness. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa modified, and more gentle flows.
My classes are rooted in Yoga tradition. There's no perfect pose, there's no striving, or comparing. Yoga meets you where you are in your process, and there we find exploration, stillness and a sense of calm in the challenge, and maybe even freedom.
