I teach yoga

I've been doing yoga myself for over 5 years now. Early 2025, I finally decided to go to Nepal to complete the 200 hour teacher training and get certified. Since then I've been teaching various yoga styles to both beginners and intermediates.

My classes focus on somatic awareness and the connection between breath, body, and mind. Whether you want to build strenght, deepen your practice, find stillness, or explore healing, my classes try to meet you where you are.

Styles I teach

I have experience teaching students styles ranging from gentle Hatha to leading the Ashtanga Primary Series.

Hatha Yoga

I teach regular Hatha, restorative/gentle, and somatic-informed Hatha. A great introduction to yoga for beginners.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

A set sequence designed to detoxify and purify the mind body and spirit. I teach the Primary Series (modified).

Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic sequences that link movement and breath. Great for cultivating flow, strenght, and presence.

Yogalates (Yoga + Pilates)

A playful and strong combination of yoga and pilates principles. Ideal for building core strenght, stability, and body awareness.
